1. Catalogue purpose

The COREXAU catalogue lists reference compounds supplied strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis, and other controlled, non-clinical research applications. By accessing this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher operating within an appropriate research environment and that the materials will be used only for those purposes.

2. No medical, therapeutic, or performance claims

No information on this site constitutes medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, nutritional, veterinary, or performance advice. None of the listed compounds are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any condition. No dosing, administration, or human-use guidance is provided, recommended, or implied.

3. Not for human or animal consumption

Listed compounds are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, or any in-vivo use. Use is restricted to qualified research environments. You agree not to ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise administer any material supplied through this catalogue to a person or animal.

4. Eligibility

Access is limited to persons aged 18 or over who are legally entitled to receive research reference materials in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, and use of any item is lawful where you are located. COREXAU reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order without notice.

5. Pricing, currency, and payment

All catalogue prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) on a per-vial basis and are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods are cryptocurrency (with a 5% catalogue discount applied at checkout) and AUD bank transfer. Orders are not released for fulfilment until payment is verified.

6. Order processing

Each order is assigned a unique order ID and progresses through the following statuses: pending payment, pending verification, payment confirmed, processing, shipped, completed, or cancelled. You can review the current status of any order via your account.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because of the controlled nature of research reference materials, items that have already been dispatched are not eligible for return. Refunds are available only for cancelled orders before fulfilment, failed fulfilment, or confirmed order error. See our Refunds & Returns policy for full detail.COREXAU reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order where fraud, payment risk, incorrect details, or compliance concerns are detected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COREXAU is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of this catalogue or any material supplied through it. Your sole remedy in respect of any defective shipment is replacement of the affected item.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misrepresent your identity or research context, attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, or use the catalogue to procure materials for unlawful purposes. Violation may result in immediate account termination and order cancellation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
