Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

COREXAU uses a fulfilment partner in China for Australian destination orders. Payment verification, stock allocation and administrator product/destination compliance approval are required before dispatch. Research-use wording is not regulatory approval or a guarantee of customs clearance.

2. Processing time

Payment references and screenshots are not proof that payment has cleared. Orders remain pending until payment is verified. Processing and dispatch timing depend on compliance review and available allocated stock; no fixed processing time is promised.

3. Tracking

Every dispatched order receives a tracking number, visible on your order in "My Orders" and included in the shipped status notification.

4. Delivery times

International transit from China depends on the carrier, destination and customs processing. No Perth next-day service, domestic delivery window, Express/Standard checkout option or free-shipping threshold is currently confirmed.

Delivery charges are not calculated at checkout. Contact support@corexau.com before sending payment to confirm shipping costs and timing for your address. No unverified tariff is added to your order total.

5. Packaging

Packaging and labelling are arranged with the fulfilment partner. Contents must be described accurately on required shipping and customs documents; discreet packaging is not a promise to conceal or misdeclare goods.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable window or arrives damaged, contact us with your order ID and tracking number. We will investigate and consider the appropriate remedy under our refund policy and applicable law.

7. Refused or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender, contact support so that the reason, available remedies and any proposed re-dispatch costs can be reviewed before proceeding.

8. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing correct shipping details and ensuring delivery to a research-appropriate address. COREXAU does not facilitate receipt of items in jurisdictions where they are restricted.
