Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
COREXAU ships from controlled fulfilment within Australia, primarily to Australian addresses. Shipments are presented as research material and are restricted to qualified research environments.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Crypto payments typically verify within a few hours; AUD bank transfers usually clear within one business day. Current fulfilment timeframe is approximately 3–4 weeks from payment confirmation.
3. Tracking
Every dispatched order receives a tracking number, visible on your order in "My Orders" and included in the shipped status notification.
4. Delivery times
Standard domestic delivery times depend on destination and may vary. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tracking is provided where available.
5. Discreet packaging
All shipments are packaged plainly, without external indication of contents. Items are protected for transport but no medical or therapeutic representations are made on the outside, inside, or in any accompanying paperwork.
6. Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable window or arrives damaged, contact us with your order ID and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement of any affected item where practicable.
7. Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender, the customer is responsible for re-dispatch costs.
8. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for providing correct shipping details and ensuring delivery to a research-appropriate address. COREXAU does not facilitate receipt of items in jurisdictions where they are restricted.
