Refunds & Returns

1. Nature of the products

Due to the controlled, single-use nature of research reference materials, returns may not be accepted once an order has been dispatched.

2. When refunds are available

Refunds are available where:

• An order is cancelled before it has progressed to fulfilment.
• Fulfilment fails on our side and we are unable to dispatch the order.
• A confirmed order error occurred (wrong item dispatched, missing item, or shipment damaged in transit).

3. Damaged or incorrect items

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with your order ID and supporting photographs. We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund of the affected item where appropriate.

4. When refunds are not available

• Customer misuse or mishandling of the item.
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
• Change of mind after the order has been fulfilled.
• Refused or undeliverable parcels not reported promptly.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method where practicable. Crypto refunds are returned to the originating wallet address.
