Who can order from COREXAU?+
Orders are accepted only from individuals representing a qualified laboratory research environment. By placing an order you confirm the material is intended exclusively for in-vitro / laboratory research use.
Are products supplied for human or animal use?+
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Not for human or animal consumption. No therapeutic, diagnostic, medical, or performance claims are made.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cryptocurrency (ETH, BTC, SOL) and AUD bank transfer. A 5% discount applies automatically at checkout when paying with crypto.
How is pricing structured?+
All catalogue items are priced per vial in AUD. We do not offer kit, stack, or bulk pricing.
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship within Australia only. See our Shipping Policy for details on dispatch times and tracking.
What is the current fulfilment timeframe?+
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Current fulfilment timeframe is approximately 3–4 weeks. Delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.
How do I track my order?+

Do you provide research, medical, or usage guidance?+
No. COREXAU does not provide medical, health, veterinary, performance, or professional advice. Catalogue entries contain compound information for research reference only.
What is your refund policy?+
Refunds are available for cancelled orders before fulfilment, failed fulfilment, or confirmed order error. Once dispatched, returns may not be accepted. See our Refunds & Returns policy for full detail.
